Welcome to GK Cleaning Services. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
GK Cleaning Services agrees to provide professional cleaning services as booked by the client. The specific tasks included are outlined in our service checklists (Standard, Deep, Office, etc.). Any additional tasks must be agreed upon in writing before the service begins.
2. Access and Security (The “Locked & Secure” Policy)
- Property Access: The client must provide access to the property at the scheduled time. This can be via a physical key, a gate code, or a digital door lock code.
- Confidentiality: GK Cleaning Services treats all access codes and keys as “Locked Information.” These details are stored in an encrypted system and are only accessible to the assigned supervisor on the day of the service.
- Non-Disclosure: We promise never to share your security codes or property details with third parties.
3. Payments and Cancellations
- Pricing: Quotes are based on the information provided by the client. We reserve the right to adjust the price if the property condition or size differs significantly from the description.
- Payment: Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless a prior corporate contract is in place. We accept Cash, UPI, and Bank Transfers.
- Cancellation: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a small convenience fee.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Safety: Please ensure that any aggressive pets are secured and that our cleaners are made aware of any hazardous areas (e.g., loose wiring, broken glass).
- Valuables: While we are highly careful and vetted, we recommend that extremely small, high-value items (like jewelry or loose cash) be put away before our arrival.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee & Claims
- 24-Hour Quality Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with a specific area of our clean, notify us within 24 hours. We will return to reclean that area free of charge.
- Breakage/Damage: Our team is fully insured. Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service. We are not responsible for damage caused by “wear and tear” or improperly installed fixtures.
6. Health and Safety
We use high-quality cleaning agents. It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any known allergies to specific cleaning chemicals before the service begins.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagercoil/Kanyakumari District.
